How is Edupro SMS priced?+
You pay a one-time licence fee per module you select, plus a termly (or annual) subscription based on your school's enrolled student count — the subscription covers the whole school, not per learner. If you choose Online delivery, an Edupro Cloud hosting fee applies on top; if you choose Offline, an optional Edupro Cloud Backup fee replaces the need for your own offsite backup.
Are there per-learner or per-user fees?+
No. Module licences and the termly subscription cover your whole school regardless of how many staff or students use the system.
Can we start with fewer modules and add more later?+
Yes. Start with the modules your school needs today and add more as you grow — each module is licensed independently.
What's the difference between Online and Offline delivery?+
Online means Edupro Cloud hosts your website, Moodle, and Edupro SMS for you — no server to buy or maintain. Offline means Edupro SMS runs on your own server on-site, with no internet dependency for daily operations; Edupro Cloud Backup can still back up your data offsite when you have a connection.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, bank transfer, EcoCash, and Mastercard.
How long does setup take?+
Full system installation is completed within 72 working hours of a signed agreement, including data migration and curriculum setup.
